Shipping Policy

📦 We offer the best shipping method to ensure your customised western hats & accessories reach you safely and in a timely manner. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.


🛍️ Currently all of our ready-to-shop hats are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and will be dispatched within 5 working days of order. Custom hat order shipping times will be confirmed during our quote process. Please note: once your order has been shipped, Burning Rose is not responsible for the postage time frame or potential delays in arrival.

🌎  Due to the rise in shipping costs, at present, we do not widely offer airmail or overseas shipping. However, if you are from outside the UK and wish to place order, please feel free to get in touch ahead of placing your order and we can give you a quote for shipping. Please note: Burning Rose is not responsible for any customs charges or any additional charges you may incur. 

Return & Exchange Policy

⚠️ Hats are sold as photographed and are a one off creation. Please make sure you are certain on your hat size before ordering as refunds or exchanges are not accepted on any of our customised hats.

🔄 If you have a concern regarding your order, please get in touch with us directly as soon as possible to make us aware via email: burningrosecreations@outlook.com. Please do not send your order back to us without contacting us prior.
