Placing Your Order
Whether you are looking for a variation of one of our ready-to-shop hats, looking for multiple of our one-off creations, or wanting something made entirely bespoke to yourself - please get in touch via our contact form!
After you have filled out our form, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your creation further. Once your design is agreed, we will send over a quote and once payment is received we will begin making your entirely custom Burning Rose hat.
Shipping
We will confirm your expected turn-around time when providing your quote. Your custom Burning Rose hat will be handmade to order by our small team, and your patience is very much appreciated. This could take up to 4-6 weeks depending on stock availability and design requests, and we will aim to have your hat with you as soon as possible.
If you are needing your hat for a specific occasion or date, please ensure to add this information to your custom order form and we will endeavour to accommodate this.
